LITTLE VENICE TOWNHOUSE

MMKM were approached to work as client representative and project coordinator on this grade II listed 6 bedroomed townhouse development in Little Venice. Joining the project ahead of construction, MMKM oversaw the new power, gas, electric and drainage installations, as well as the full overhaul of the existing interiors, Coordination and development of the design was especially important to ensure the interior designer’s vision was fulfilled whilst the historic building elements were preserved for future generations. The property now benefits from a new full AV smart control system and state-of-the-art media room.
