After successfully gaining planning permissions for their nearby Chelsea courtyard property, the owners of this listed townhouse approached MMKM to complete relevant listed building consents and design work for planned interior renovations. MMKM successfully gained permissions to alter the properties’ entrance stair, add a new Juliet balcony looking out over the garden and develop the properties’ interior spaces.
A new kitchen and bathroom were designed and detailed to ensure the property is fit for modern family life.
