MMKM were approached to develop this 19th century “Lion Terrace House” in Fulham redeveloping the existing rear and side extensions to provide new usable space in a contemporary way. The design response looked to balance the spaces, wrapped glazing folds over the façade at the rear, drawing light into the new kitchen and dining space. A new L-shaped dormer at loft level provides further living accommodation.
MMKM are providing a full RIBA detailing and construction service from RIBA 0-7.
