After recently purchasing this home in the heart of Chelsea, the property owners approached MMKM to design and reconfigure the existing property with the intention of maximising light and providing access to the garden from ground floor level. MMKM looked to develop the property in a complimentary, contemporary style using coloured steel details enhancing the original London Stock brickwork. Internally amending access to the lower ground floor creates a clear stair core with dramatic double height space with views to the garden.
