We were approached to gain planning permission to extend this terraced property at ground floor and loft floor levels to bring the property in-line with its neighbours to either side. The neighbouring properties had both been extensively developed and their structures were beginning to dwarf the house from the rear. Reconfiguration of the internal spaces to the upper floors resulted in a new master suite and generous bathroom which was a family must-have.
