The property owners of this terraced Chiswick riverside property approached MMKM to re-develop their existing kitchen and orangery space to provide a new open plan kitchen and dining area. The existing structure was removed in favour of new robust construction with large timber-framed doors providing access to the gardens beyond. Roof glazing above the new dining space helps to enhance the feeling of space and light. Working with both the kitchen designer and property owner, a carefully selected material pallet, lighting scheme and furniture help enhance the designs contemporary feel.
Whilst working on the kitchen extension development MMKM also worked to overhaul the existing cottage outbuilding with new joinery and interiors creating a feel complimentary to that of the main property.
