The property owners of this grade II listed corner property in the heart of Kensington approached us to convert their existing garage space into usable accommodation. The development includes extending and redeveloping the existing kitchen space with new glazing and courtyard doors, linking the existing property to the newly converted garage space. 

The proposal looks to retain the external appearance from the street frontage with minimal changes to satisfy listed building requirements. The new glazed roofing helps to illuminate the new spaces and make them feel open and airy.
