Working alongside interior designers; Lambart and Browne, MMKM were appointed to design and develop a new spa and gym wing of this existing property in St Albans, overhauling the existing swimming pool and terrace area. The new gym wing looks to enhance and work alongside the existing condition, whilst providing contemporary glazing to the garden beyond. The new external swimming pool benefits from underwater glazing and an integrated spa. Its positioning frees up space for a new external kitchen and terrace, which will be great for family entertaining.
